Yes. The spend requirement resets each calendar year on January 1, and you must requalify annually to receive the benefit again.
Approximately 60 days after meeting the spend requirement, you’ll receive an email with an invitation to opt in to receive a 12-month PlayStation Plus Premium membership voucher. The link to opt in will expire 90 days from the day you receive the email.
Yes. You must have an account for PlayStation using the same email associated with your PlayStation Visa Credit Card account by each qualifying calendar year.
If you choose "claim my offer" in an email notifying you of meeting your spend requirement, you'll receive another email within the next day (delivery times may vary) with a 12-month PlayStation Plus Premium membership voucher.
Yes, if you are an existing PlayStation Plus Premium member you can stack this offer on top of your membership.
If you are an existing PlayStation Plus Essential or PlayStation Plus Extra member and receive the PlayStation Plus Premium offer, the remaining time on your current membership will be converted into PlayStation Plus Premium, and then your 12-month offer will stack on top of your remaining time.
At the end of your free 12-month PlayStation Plus Premium membership, if you have a payment method on file, the plan will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term at then-current PlayStation Plus Premium pricing (currently $159.99 per year) until cancelled, unless you have another free membership offer stack on to the next calendar year's qualified offer subject to meeting the spend and offer requirements.
