Great news—your new Saks credit card is on the way.
Be on the lookout for an unmarked envelope from Columbus, Ohio. Once you receive your new card, go to comenity.net/saks to activate it.
In the meantime, continue using your existing credit account to shop and earn rewards. Any account balance you have will transfer to your new account with Comenity Capital Bank. Your rewards and benefits are not changing.
If your card for your existing Saks account was reported lost, stolen or closed after May 9, please note that since cards have been mailed already, the first one you receive won’t work. We'll quickly mail a replacement card to you after August 19.
We’re getting everything ready for you.
During this time, all servicing will be temporarily paused while your existing account transitions to Comenity Capital Bank. If your due date falls between August 16-18, you won’t be able to make a payment. Not to worry though, you won’t receive any late fees.
You can make payments with us and enroll in Automatic Payments starting August 19 at 8 a.m. ET.
Your new card should arrive in the mail.
Once you have your new card, please activate it (and any cards for your authorized buyers) online at comenity.net/saks.
If you receive your new card before this date, keep in mind that you won’t be able to use it until August 19 at 8 a.m. ET. Additionally, our Customer Care agents may not have your account details available until this time.
Register for online access and start using your new card.
If you haven't activated your card yet, go to comenity.net/saks to activate it and register for online account management.
Once you sign in, you can enroll in Automatic Payments at the bottom of the Payments page. Automatic Payments usually begin within 1 to 2 billing cycles on your due date. If you have payments due before then, you’ll need to schedule one-time payments.
Your new card will have a different card number, expiration date and CVV. If you used your existing credit account for any recurring subscriptions or membership payments, be sure to update those payment details with your new card information.
